2024 NAFEPA Conference Exhibitor and Sponsorship Information
Dear Business Supporter of NAFEPA:
The National Association of Federal Education Program Administrators is very pleased to announce our 50th annual NAFEPA Conference. Our conference will be held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC on March 18-20, 2024.
The conference will provide a national forum for our members/attendees who will hear from a wide assortment of presenters including representatives of the U.S. Department of Education and others who are very knowledgeable of federal education programs and pending legislation. Businesses who choose to become sponsors and/or exhibitors at the conference will have many opportunities for networking and sharing information with educators who administer federal education grants and programs.
We appreciate your prior commitment to our organization and our annual conference! Included with this letter is information pertaining to sponsorship levels available and details for exhibitors. A draft agenda will be developed and shared in the early fall. Because you have supported NAFEPA in prior years we are giving you first opportunity to support the 2024 conference. After September 20th, 2023, we will open it up to other business partners to sponsor and support the conference.

*ADDITIONAL CONFERENCE ATTENDEE REGISTRATIONS
Platinum sponsorship level includes three conference attendee registrations. Silver and Gold sponsorship levels include two conference attendee registrations. The conference attendee includes all meal and snack functions. Additional attendees may be purchased at the current conference registration rate.
Exhibitor’ tables will be located in the ballroom where the general sessions will be occurring. This is why space is limited and reserved when paid.
Internet access is free, but ELECTRICITY ACCESS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE OMNI. (Download Hotel Electrical Request form to register.)
Additional company representative(s) must register for the conference at the registration rate at the time of purchase.
Dedicated sponsor and exhibitor time will be built into the conference agenda.
During the conference, there will be a “Golden Ticket” promotion to encourage attendees to visit every exhibitor’s booth. The “Golden Ticket” drawing will be Wednesday morning. Exhibitors may donate prizes for “Golden Ticket” drawings, and the donations will be announced.
Exhibitors and sponsors may also donate prizes (e-gift cards) for drawings they conduct and may contribute one small item to be included in Swag Bag of the conference. Parameters for swag items will be provided after registration is finalized.
