Thank you for exhibiting at the NAFEPA Spring Conference 2020! We are excited that you will be a part of our largest NAFEPA conference EVER!!!
You are joining a select group of folks that we feel are a good fit for our conference. We limited our exhibitors to only 13 this year and already have folks asking to be considered for next year.
Please find below several items concerning you exhibiting at the NAFEPA conference scheduled for March 16-18, 2020.
Unlike many conferences, you are definitely a major participant in our conference. You are not only an exhibitor…you are actually attendees too.
All sessions will be in the Regency Ballroom where you will be.
As an exhibitor, you are invited to participate in all conference meal functions. This includes breakfast each morning, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, any snacks that are provided and the networking reception on Monday evening at 5:00 pm.
All packages sent to the Omni Shoreham Hotel will be received by the UPS Store. Please use the following format for shipping to the conference:

Just confirmed…the Regency Ballroom will be available for move in on Sunday, March 15, 2020 from 4:00pm – 7:30pm. This is earlier than posted so please let me know if this will be a problem.
Although the UPS store will be closed, they are supposed to open on Sunday evening to assist with packages. You must contact the UPS Store at (202) 756-5348 to make arrangements for your packages to be delivered. We do not have a certain time period as of yet. This is dependent upon the volume they receive closer to arrival date. The hotel advises that you complete the attached form providing your billing information to UPS directly.
Once the Regency Ball is ready, UPS can preliminary go and drop your packages at your table without the requirement of you going to the UPS store directly.
Move out will take place on Wednesday morning immediately following the closing session. We anticipate this will be no later than 11:30 am. You will need to make arrangements with the UPS store for shipment.

If you are going to need electricity at your time, you will need to complete the Omni Shoreham Hotel request for electricity form attached. The Omni Shoreham Hotel electricians do not work on Sunday but will be available at 5:30 am on Monday morning to make the connections.

Conference attendees are encouraged to visit all exhibitors and are given a “Golden Ticket” which has each exhibitor listed. Each exhibitor will be given a stamp to use to stamp the attendees’ golden ticket. Attendees that have completely filled their golden ticket will be eligible for a drawing on Wednesday morning that includes an electronic device, complimentary registration for the 2020 conference, complimentary one year NAFEPA membership and several items donated from the exhibitors. Please consider donating items for the drawing. Exhibitors from previous years have found this to be a great tool to encourage attendees to visit their table.
In the past, the pre-conference attendee list has been reserved for Platinum Sponsors and above. This year, as a courtesy to our exhibitors, we will provide the attendee list upon request. Please contact Bobby Burns at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a copy of the attendee list.
